We try to serve the same day or the next business day to the reception of the order and confirmation of payment.
Peninsula and Balearic Islands, 2-3 working days; Europe, 3-5 working days; Rest of Countries, 3-6 working days.
Due to the fact that the products of the web are printed and made in an artisan way, it could cause some delay in the shipment. In this case we would contact the client to inform and specify the deadline.
The client accepts the payment of the local customs taxes in the destinations that so require.
Residents in non-EU countries.
In the prices indicated for the shipping costs do not include the import tariffs in the countries that require it. These will be paid at destination by the receiver of the merchandise.
If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to proceed with the return of the same, being the cost of transportation on behalf of the customer. Returned items must be in the same good condition as they were shipped.
In case the package arrives in bad condition it is important that you write it on the delivery note of the carrier in such a way that we can claim our insurance.
