1 – Exchanges and returns
Our aim is your complete satisfaction so that you purchase again in Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product or products within maximum 14 days from the date of the receipt. In order to do  that you must contact our Custom Support service, sending an email to or using our online form.
The silk masks, being a hygienic product, do not allow changes or returns.
Our website will coordinate the collection of the clothing at the address specified by the client. We will only accept returns managed by and its own transport agency.
In case of changes, you must deliver your product to the messenger as he delivers your new product. Changes will be made without any additional cost for the Client.
Refunds will be done upon the reception of the goods in our store and in the same form of payment as originally used for the purchase.
The client assumes transport charges of the return, excluding those purchases with manufacturing defects or transport damage.
In case of defective products, you must contact our customer support service within the following 24 hours after the reception.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, said product must not have been used, washed or altered in any form, it must remain in its original packaging and with the original labels on the product. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.
