The water lily is an aquatic flower that grows in muddy waters of lakes. The leaves are large and sheet-shaped. They protect the fish and help control the excessive development of algae.
The flower always appears immaculate on the surface and never grows alone. For this reason it is a symbol of purity, fertility and abundance.
